When the Kuerdas Band Major, my brother next to me, divulged that he will finally tie the knot, it came as a shock to us especially to my Mom. Most mothers I believe are like that. They would not want to let go of their children. She was close to tears when she asked my brother if he’s ready and if that was what he wants. He gave us an affirmative answer. Of course, we can not do anything but support him all the way with his decisions.
During the wedding preparations, I was the one who was very busy making sure that everything is in perfect order. I kept asking them if they want celtic wedding rings as their marriage band. They were a little confused and financially constrained in choosing the perfect bands for them. We had to canvass and search for the good ones but affordable. They got lucky they found a pair to their liking- design and money-wise.
I wanted the wedding to be simple yet elegant. We were constrained to do some stuff though but as a whole, it turned out good.

It well suited the motif and the theme which my brother wanted to be tropical. Being a member of Kuerdas, he wants to give the wedding that tropical touch. Though the reception was not held at one beach but a garden, the items that you can see around were all taken out from the beach.
