For almost two months, our landline phone got disconnected. I wasn’t able to pay on time because I was too busy. There was no one I can ask to do the errands for me. When I went there one time on a Saturday to pay, they told me that they do not accept payments on a Saturday. So it took me almost two months before I got it connected back.
Just two weeks ago, I had it reconnected. I remember three years ago when the line was also disconnected because I left the unlocked phone without me knowing that my brother has been using it for long distance calls and for calling mobile phones! The bill was too high that I got so angry with him. I threatened him I won’t pay the bill and just let the phone disconnected.
Now I have learned my lesson. I am very careful not to leave it unlocked especially for long distance calls.
