Feel Alright is the perfect song that came to my head when what was needed to be accomplished has been fulfilled today at Lainy’s Musings via the contest post Lainy’s Hottest Blogoversary Writing Competition: A Bloggers Celebration! Now it’s time to update all my blogs, LOL!
Well, since it’s going to be Monday a few hours from now, I thought of posting this right ahead of time. I don’t wanna rush and keep you all waiting for this week’s featured song. The only song I know which bears the title “Feel Alright” is that of the Filipino artist Hemp Republic. They are known for performing reggae/ ska as their repertoirre. I am quite familiar with all their songs because my cousin Allena of In the Eyes of the Beholder was once the female lead vocals of Kuerdas. She did some Hemp Republic songs on stage and she was terrific on stage!
I tried to search for the Hemp Republic rendition online but I couldn’t find any embed video. What I’ve found was Ally caught on video singing this song! This video was captured when she was on vacation and performed immediately just a few hours after she was out of the plane, hahaha! So basically, she performed unrehearsed
