Too many Filipinos are migrating abroad to look for greener pasture. I know quite a few friends who are currently on the hunt for Las Vegas jobs. I can not blame them for the beloved Philippines’ economy is sinking yet again. The last time I have checked, US dollar’s conversion is 49 pesos. That is big enough as compared to 40 pesos the previous months.
As a blogger who earns quite a few bucks from blogging, there are more reasons for me to be happy. But on the other hand, it would greatly affect millions of common Filipinos and businessmen. What is happening to our government? Can they not do anything to address our economic and social problems? Is their still hope for our country?

Honestly, the economy here in the US is not that good either. There are lots of job lay-off and house foreclosure left and right, prices of gas and basic commodities are high and it’s hard to find work. No, US is not the greener pasture. If only I have a choice, I am better off there in the Philippines despite the economy at least I am with my family.BTW, I came here to drop my EC too. The situation in the Philippines is similar as in Indonesia. Both suffer rampant corruption and have a brazen, dishonest officialdom. No matter how much resources that the country is blessed with, it is being destroyed by avaricious leaders and a system that reeks of personal gain.

as bloggers who earn dollars online, me and my wife are happy that it is now P49 to one $1. We are hoping that it would hit P65 come December nye he he he he. I hate the government we have now, it is so corrupt, this country is hopeless, the cancer of corruption is now in the terminal stage. Wala akong iboboto sa 2010, same old dirty dogs yung tatakbong presidente.
